By way of introduction, my name is Kendell Lang. I am the CEO of SensorWave Technology. SensorWave, headquartered in Carlsbad, CA, is the leading provider of next generation video monitoring solutions and public safety services. Below you will see some of the large cities and corporations who have put their lives and faith in us for their security needs. Clearly SensorWave is a world-class public safety service and deterrence security solution provider that eliminates the need for our customers to train or staff up to utilize our solution. For one consolidated monthly payment, which is most likely less than your current security budget, we design, install, maintain, centrally live-monitor and respond with the appropriate resource for "events" or alarms.
The SensorWave solution is "exception-based" where "events" are computer detected with video analytics, verified by live monitoring, and responded to with live talk-down and when appropriate, dispatch of police, fire or guard services. In parallel, all system components (Digital Video Recorders, Cameras, Network, Access Controls, Servers, Dispatchers and Reporting) are being electronically evaluated for proper health and 24/7 availability. These security solutions are perfect for church security applications because they are for the most part non impacting vis-a-vis the loving aspects of our relationship with the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ. At the same time they are the most effective security solutions on the market today!
One might ask, "why would you bring your company in the direction of providing security for churches?": (If you are the person responsible for security then please do not hesitate to call me now toll free at: 1-888-649-6905 so we can discuss your security needs. )
To answer this question one needs to know a little more about me and my history. On a personal note, I have attended Seacoast Community Church, an Evangelical Free Church, in Encinitas, CA for the past 9 years. I am a Christian whose entire existence is defined by the life of Christ. I am a Christian who believes in the unity of all Christians because we put our faith in Christ and have one God in common. Therefore my mission is clear and that is to help all Christian congregations become aware of security issues and help them to work on ways and means to address these security issues in a logical, humane and non 'impactful' way, i.e., in a manner which does not detract from the congregations communing and prayer.
I know when one begins discussing security systems that there is much debating about how it will impact the day to day operation of the ministry in question. Perhaps because I live now in the world of security professionals I see another side to this debate. The question I ask in return is what is going to be the state of your congregation and those near and far if disaster strikes and you have not paid attention to the obvious security issues rampant today.
Much of my life has been defined by my relationship with God. I understand that just as the weapons or tools used for evil have changed, so too must the agents of good change the tools in their toolbox. God has given us the tools to thwart evil, but we must have the resolve to use these tools. As a Pastor or one responsible for the lives and safety of your congregation you must think long and hard about what your responsibilities are and ask the question "can I avail myself of the tools in Gods Toolbox to stave of and defeat evil?".
I know for many this is a difficult journey and at the end there are difficult decisions which must be made. On my lifes journey prior to joining SensorWave this past year, I previously created a non-profit ministry called The Great Commission Connexion
(http://www.gcconnexion.org) which was geared towards helping churches embrace and utilize technology to evangelize and to reach young adults.
I have also served the Southern Baptist Convention for several years through the North American Mission Board, as well as working with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Campus Crusade for Christ. All along the way using new technologies to work with and assist God in evangelizing the modern world.
As time passes I and many others in the Christian community who are familiar with how technology is being used for evil purposes are convinced that those so called "shepherds" amongst us who are not planning and working towards staving off tragedy here in our own back yard are courting future trouble. The truism that: "All evil needs to triumph is for good men to remain silent" is very salient in this time. A true shepherd is always cognizant of his responsibilities to his flock. This is why it has occurred to me to reach out to Churches nationally and then to assist them in addressing their realistic security needs. Not every congregation has the same security needs, so it is important that there be more or less a manifesto for the church security solution. Towards this end, I am asking you to please give us the opportunity to help you to protect God's most cherished gifts which he has entrusted to you by implementing new security solutions and technologies.
To kick off this church security initiative or "ministry" we are prepared to provide a free $20,000 security solution. Every representative of every church which contacts us makes that congregation eligible for this $20,000 security system. I personally promise that we will not pressure you or try to sell you anything which your congregation does not need or cannot afford. At the very least let us be the catalyst which helps you to address security concerns amongst your flock.
